Initiate Your Request

Log into your PreSonus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
